I particularly enjoyed the massage services available right on the beach. There were also plenty of restaurants just outside the hotel, offering a variety of dining options. And for those looking for some evening entertainment, the Jomtien Night Market was a must-visit party place. my stay at Ambassador hotels was fantastic!

The staff at the reception desk were friendly and made a great effort to help us, despite their limited English skills. The room in the Ocean Wing was incredibly spacious and had beautiful views of the swimming pools and ocean. Everything in the room was in great condition, from the furniture to the bed and bathroom. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in their cleanliness and maintenance. The breakfast provided plenty of choices and the two salons meant that we didn't have to wait long. We also enjoyed the convenience of having local restaurants, coffee shops, massage parlors, and a mini market within walking distance.

Also, I had a great time relishing in the tasty breakfast while enjoying the view of the sea. Lastly, the location was perfect as it was right next to the beach and there were various shops, restaurants, and local markets within walking distance.

The breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, and we enjoyed the food at the Italian restaurant. The hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of shops and a clean beach nearby. We also appreciated the friendly staff and the convenience of having a night market and mini mart on site.

The beds were also uncomfortable and the air conditioning could not be adjusted. The most frustrating part of our stay was the towel situation, as they seemed to always be out and we had to constantly hunt for them each day.

Had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel! Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the night market adjacent to the hotel. the location was perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance to several dining options. the pools were absolutely stunning and very refreshing on a hot day.

The room had a strange smell and some stains on the bed sheets. the towels kept running out and getting replacements was a constant hassle.
